Contact Center Engineer
Summary
We are looking for a skilled Contact Center Engineer to design and deliver modern, enterprise-scale contact center solutions across multiple platforms. The role covers end-to-end responsibility from architecture and design through implementation and stabilization, working in complex, high-availability environments. You will contribute to both on-premises and cloud-based solutions, supporting customers in their digital and hybrid transformation journeys. The ideal candidate has strong experience in at least one leading contact center platform and is open to working across different enterprise Contact Center platforms Cisco, Genesys, and Webex ecosystems. This position requires a hands-on technical mindset combined with solution design capabilities. You will collaborate closely with customers, architects, and delivery teams on large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities (To‑Do)
- Design and deliver end-to-end contact center solutions across on-premise platforms and cloud services
- Lead technical implementation and migration projects (on-prem, cloud, hybrid scenarios)
- Configure and integrate contact center components (IVR, routing, agent desktop, reporting, omnichannel)
- Troubleshoot and optimize routing logic, performance, and system stability
- Work closely with customers, architects, and project teams throughout the full delivery lifecycle
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Hungarian languages
- Willingness to visit our clients regularly across Budapest/Pest County
- Hands-on experience with at least one of the following major contact center platform:
- Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterpise (UCCE / PCCE),
- Genesys Cloud,
- Cisco Webex Contact Center
- Proven experience in designing and delivering enterprise-scale contact center solutions
- Solid understanding of telephony technologies (SIP, VoIP, call routing, gateways, SBCs)
- Experience with integration technologies (APIs, CRM systems, reporting platforms)
- Experience with CTI application integration and development
