About this opportunity:

We are continuously building our Contact Centre talent pool and regularly recruit as opportunities arise. While we may not always have an immediate vacancy, we frequently hire from this pipeline for upcoming roles based in Takapuna.

As a Contact Centre Representative, you'll be the friendly first point of contact for our clients. Your role will involve answering initial inquiries, following up on leads, and scheduling appointments in our clinic diaries.

Based in Takapuna, typical hours for this role are Monday to Thursday 10.30am to 7pm and Fridays 8.30am to 5pm.

What we are looking for:

  • A commitment to great customer service through previous experience in a retail or customer service role
  • Clear communication style and being comfortable on the phone
  • Ability to use basic computer systems and technology
  • Self-motivated and team oriented
  • Good attention to detail
  • Previous contact centre experience is great but not essential as full training is provided
