STAGE is looking for a Content & Culture Expert \u2013 to build and scale a compelling Punjabi content ecosystem on the platform. This role blends cultural insight, content strategy, and execution excellence, requiring the individual to drive original content development, lead content acquisition, and ensure high\-quality production and localization (including AI dubbing).

Content Strategy & Pipeline Management

Design and manage the Punjabi content pipeline aligned with STAGE\u2019s overall content strategy
<\/div>

Drive development of original content across formats

Ensure an optimal mix of original and acquired content
<\/div>
<\/div>

Script Development & Writers\u2019 Room<\/b>

Lead script development by refining and elevating storytelling quality
<\/div>
<\/div>
Collaborate with writers and directors to ensure engaging and entertaining narratives

Production Oversight<\/b>

Oversee the end\-to\-end content development lifecycle, from script to final delivery

AI Dubbing & Localization Excellence<\/b>

Ensure high\-quality AI dubbing for content including voice quality, synchronization, and cultural adaptation

Manage and streamline dubbing\-related operations for scale and efficiency
<\/div>

Format Ownership (Specialization\-Based)<\/b>

Take ownership of a specific content format based on expertise (e.g., Feature Films, Series, Microdrama, Mini Films, Non\-Fiction)

Lead end\-to\-end development for the chosen format, including:

Content acquisition and licensing

Original content development

Drive accountability for quality and performance of assigned titles

Stakeholder Collaboration<\/b>

Work closely with internal teams including Marketing, Legal, and Finance

Qualifications<\/b>

7\u201310+ years of experience in film, OTT, or regional content ecosystems
<\/div>
<\/div>
Strong understanding of audience preferences, and storytelling nuances
<\/div>
<\/div>
Proven experience in content development, production, or content strategy
<\/div>
<\/div>
Established network within the regional and national entertainment industry (preferred)
<\/div>
