About The Opportunity:<\/u><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Content Head with a specialisation in Marathi to join us on our journey. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in our mission to create culturally rich content. They will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of filmmaking, from pre\-production to distribution, while also focusing on content marketing and promotion.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> What you will be doing:<\/u><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> Provide expert guidance on the usage of Marathi in film scripts and dialogues.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Oversee the entire filmmaking process, ensuring quality and cultural authenticity.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Develop and manage budgets for Marathi projects, optimising resource allocation.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Supervise production and post\-production activities, maintaining high standards.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Plan and execute strategies for the distribution of Marathi content, ensuring wider reach.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote Marathi content. Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling promotional campaigns.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Driving monetization opportunities in business.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Responsible for Subscriber P&L, top line revenue, data led customer lifecycle management.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Knowledge of budget preparation, cost estimating, monitoring, and fiscal management principles.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Developing and maintaining relationships with creators, artists.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Overseeing the day\-to\-day operations of the <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Marathi<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> vertical. \n The role could be ideal for you if you:<\/u><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> Business leader with proven track record of leadership & high\-impact strategic initiatives.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Ability to develop, plan, and implement short and long range goals.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Film, Media, Communication).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Minimum of 5 years of experience in regional cinema with a focus on Marathi.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> In\-depth knowledge of Marathi culture, traditions, and dialect nuances.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Creative thinking and problem\-solving abilities.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Passion for promoting regional cinema and preserving cultural heritage.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
