🎬 Direction: short-form content / TikTok / Reels / Shorts / Pinterest

We are a content farm with 2000+ accounts in social networks. We work with large international clients in the USA and tier-1, with a small share of CIS.

🧩 Tasks:
• Manage creators, editors, and freelancers
• Set tasks and control deadlines
• Check content and give feedback
• Monitor the quality of hooks, structure, dynamics, and visuals
• Work with references, trends, and hypotheses
• Improve production process

✅ Requirements:
• Experience in short-form content / TikTok / Reels / Shorts / UGC / SMM
• Understanding of content production
• Ability to handle a large volume of tasks
• English B1+
• Experience in team management
