We are seeking a results\-driven Content Manager with a strong analytical and audience\-first approach. The role requires deep expertise in B2B content marketing and the ability to use data and insights to design and execute content strategies aligned with business objectives.<\/span>

Content Strategy & Planning:<\/u><\/b>

- Develop, manage, and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Own and maintain the content calendar to ensure timely and consistent delivery.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>
<\/span><\/div>Content Creation & Development:<\/u><\/b>
<\/span><\/div>- Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to create high\-quality content, including case studies, whitepapers, landing pages, offers, and sales collateral.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Research, ideate, and produce engaging content such as blogs, e\-books, infographics, emails, newsletters, social media posts, and video scripts.<\/span>

<\/u><\/b><\/span><\/div>Content Optimization & SEO:<\/u><\/b>
<\/span><\/div>- Implement SEO best practices to improve content visibility and drive organic traffic.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Ensure all content is optimized for traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>Content Repurposing & Lead Generation & Project support:<\/u><\/b>
<\/span><\/div>- Repurpose existing content and develop new content ideas to support content marketing and lead\-generation initiatives.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Take ownership of content delivery for product and marketing initiatives, including email campaigns and sales enablement materials.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Provide writing and editorial support to team members as needed.<\/span>

<\/span><\/div>Stakeholder, Vendor Management & Employer Branding:<\/u><\/b>
<\/span><\/div>- Manage and coordinate with freelance writers when required to meet content demands.<\/span>

<\/div><\/span>Requirements<\/h3>
Desired Qualifications & Experience:<\/u><\/b>
<\/span><\/div>- 7+ years of experience in content writing or marketing communications, preferably within the B2B domain.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Strong ability to quickly learn, adapt to change, and manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Clear understanding of content\-platform alignment and the ability to select the right platforms for different content formats.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Proficiency in secondary research to support data\-backed content creation.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Excellent time management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Data\-driven mindset with hands\-on experience using Google Analytics, social media analytics, and related performance\-tracking tools.<\/span>
