<\/span><\/span><\/p>

YRG\nis the sub\-recipient of the GFATM 2024\u201327 cycle of funding from NACO to\nimplement the Virtual Interventions Program. This project focuses on IT\-enabled\nvirtual strategy and management of the NACO Helpline (1097), with a strong\nemphasis on digital outreach, engagement, awareness generation, and service\nlinkages for adolescents and young people.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

The\nContent Manager\- Graphic Design will be responsible for conceptualising and\ncreating visually engaging digital content to support outreach, awareness,\ndemand generation, and communication activities under the Virtual Interventions\nProgram. The role involves developing creative assets for social media\ncampaigns, online engagement, educational communication, and virtual\ninterventions targeted towards adolescents and youth.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

The\nContent Manager\- Graphic Design will work closely with the Virtual Navigators,\nand the online platform team to ensure all communication materials are\ninnovative, audience\-appropriate, evidence\-informed, and aligned with NACO\nguidelines and project objectives.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Design\nvisually appealing digital creatives for social media platforms, awareness\ncampaigns, and online outreach activities.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Develop\ngraphics, illustrations, infographics, GIFs, reels, motion graphics, posters,\nbanners, and short video assets for digital engagement.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Create\ncampaign\-specific visual content focused on HIV prevention, stigma reduction,\nmyths and misconceptions, testing, treatment adherence, and service linkages.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Support\nthe creation of testimonials, case stories, educational content, and\nyouth\-centric communication materials.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • Adapt\ncontent creatively for different platforms including Instagram, Facebook,\nYouTube, WhatsApp, and other virtual outreach channels.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • Support\nthe development of templates and creative toolkits for virtual navigators and\noutreach teams.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

      • Coordinate\nwith stakeholders and partners for review and approval of creatives when\nrequired.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

      • Incorporate\nfeedback from programme teams and continuously improve creative outputs based\non audience engagement and analytics.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

        • Support\nonline engagement activities through timely development of creatives for\nawareness days, campaigns, and project initiatives.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

        • Optimise\ndesigns for mobile\-first communication and social media performance.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

          • Ensure\nall visual content complies with organisational policies, ethical communication\nstandards, and relevant Indian laws.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

          • Maintain\nproper documentation and organised archives of creative assets and project\nmaterials.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

                Qualifications\n& Skills<\/b><\/span><\/span>

                • Bachelor\u2019s\ndegree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine\nArts, or a related field.<\/span><\/span>
                  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
                • Minimum\n2\u20134 years of experience in graphic design, digital media, or creative\ncommunication.<\/span><\/span>
                  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
                • Proficiency\nin design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva,\nPremiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools.<\/span><\/span>
                  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
                • Experience\nin creating content for social media and digital campaigns.<\/span><\/span>
                  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
                • Knowledge\nof motion graphics, short\-form video editing, and multimedia design will be an\nadded advantage.<\/span><\/span>

                • Strong\nunderstanding of youth\-focused digital communication trends and social media\nengagement.<\/span><\/span>

                • Excellent\ncreativity, visual storytelling, and communication skills.<\/span><\/span>
