We are looking to hire a full-time Live Stream Manager (TikTok Shop) for DNAM Brands.
In this role, you will own the strategy and execution of live shopping on TikTok Shop across our portfolio of brands, including Von Dutch, Ed Hardy, Trina Turk, Valentino Orlandi, and Badgley Mischka. You will be responsible for building and scaling a high-performing live commerce channel that drives revenue, customer engagement, and brand visibility.
This is a highly hands-on role suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and is comfortable operating both strategically and tactically. You will play a key role in shaping how DNAM shows up on TikTok Shop, from content strategy to live execution.
In this role, you will oversee and drive performance across:
- Live stream planning & execution
- Host and creator management
- Product selection & merchandising for live
- Performance tracking & optimization
- TikTok Shop-specific strategy and growth
You will partner closely with Marketing, Merchandising, and Operations teams to ensure product, messaging, and timing are aligned to maximize live stream performance.
This role requires a strong understanding of TikTok content dynamics, live selling formats, and conversion optimization, along with the ability to move quickly and iterate in real time.
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end live commerce strategy for TikTok Shop
Plan, schedule, and execute live streams across multiple brands
Identify, recruit, and manage creators and hosts for live selling
Select and merchandise products based on trends, inventory, and performance data
Monitor live performance in real time and adjust tactics to maximize conversion
Analyze post-stream performance and optimize future streams
Partner with Marketing to align live streams with campaigns and product drops
Collaborate with Operations to ensure inventory readiness and fulfillment alignment
Stay up to date on TikTok trends, features, and algorithm changes
Build repeatable processes and playbooks to scale TikTok live commerce
Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in live commerce, social commerce, or digital content (TikTok Shop strongly preferred)
Strong understanding of TikTok Shop ecosystem, including live selling best practices
Experience managing creators, influencers, or live hosts
Proven ability to drive revenue through TikTok or social commerce channels
Strong instincts for content, pacing, and audience engagement
Highly self-motivated with the ability to operate independently and take ownership
Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and making real-time decisions
Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and improve conversion, AOV, and engagement metrics
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
