What you'll do

- Plan, schedule, and post content across Instagram, TikTok, and other active channels
<\/li> - Work with the brand calendar to ensure content goes out on time, every time
<\/li> - Write captions that match Glowvé's voice \u2014 warm, ingredient\-smart, and real
<\/li> - Assist in creating Reels, Stories, and carousel content \u2014 from brief to posting
<\/li> - Monitor comments, save UGC, and flag anything worth engaging with
<\/li> - Track basic performance metrics (reach, saves, shares) and report what's working
<\/li><\/ul>

Who you are
<\/div><\/div>- Skincare enthusiast who knows their products \u2014 must<\/b>
<\/li>- Fluent in how Instagram and TikTok actually work \u2014 algorithm, trends, formats
<\/li>- Detail\-oriented: captions, tags, hashtags, timing \u2014 you care about all of it
<\/li>- Comfortable working to a content calendar and meeting posting deadlines
<\/li>- Good eye for aesthetics \u2014 you can tell when something doesn't fit the feed
<\/li>- Managed a brand or personal account before \u2014 bonus
