Content Specialist
About the Role
We’re hiring a Content Specialist to support the development and improvement of AI-powered content experiences on a global digital platform.
This role sits at the intersection of content, data, and AI. You will combine strong editorial judgment with hands-on experience in prompt engineering to improve how AI models generate and evaluate content.
This is an ideal opportunity for candidates with a background in content, journalism, or writing who have transitioned into AI-related work, or for those with experience in prompt design and model evaluation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine content guidelines for AI model evaluation
- Write, test, and optimise prompts to improve large language model (LLM) outputs
- Review and evaluate AI-generated content for quality, accuracy, and consistency
- Analyse datasets to identify trends and generate actionable insights
- Create reports and recommendations to improve product performance
- Design scalable workflows and templates to support fast-paced delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product and Engineering
Important Information
This role may involve reviewing content that could be sensitive or disturbing (e.g. graphic or harmful material). Appropriate support and resources will be provided.
Requirements
Must-Have
- Experience in prompt engineering, prompt testing, or AI/LLM evaluation (typically 1–2+ years)
- Strong background in content, editorial, journalism, technical writing, or linguistics (3–5+ years)
- Excellent command of English language, tone, and style
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends (e.g. using spreadsheets)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Preferred
- Experience working with AI products, content evaluation frameworks, or model assessment (e.g. rubrics, golden datasets)
- Familiarity with human feedback pipelines (e.g. RLHF)
- Experience collaborating with product or engineering teams
- Additional language proficiency
- Interest in social media trends, culture, and digital content ecosystems
What This Role Is (and Is Not)
- Focused on content evaluation, prompt design, and insight generation
- Not a social media management or content marketing role
- Does not involve running campaigns or managing brand accounts
