MDG is hiring! We are seeking an experienced Content Strategy Manager to join the team.

Currently, we follow a hybrid schedule with remote work on Mondays and Fridays, and in\-office work Tuesday through Thursday at our Boca Raton, Florida location. Our scheduled working hours are 9am\-6pm on all work days.

We are looking for a Content Strategy Manager with 3\-5 years of experience to build and operate a high\-performance content engine for MDG and its clients, own the voice and narrative of the MDG brand, and drive measurable results across social media, web, audio, and video channels.

This role requires a blend of creative instinct and strategic thinking across content formats and platforms. The candidate must be fluent in social media strategy and execution, UGC\-style video production, influencer and podcast partnership development, and community management. They will know how to build content that connects developing platform\-native creative, curating compelling stories, and leveraging AI tools to accelerate ideation and production. The Content Strategy Manager will support the VP, Strategy in shaping MDG's thought leadership presence while serving as the day\-to\-day content lead across client engagements, proactively identifying opportunities to grow and deepen each relationship.

Content Strategy & Social Execution
<\/div>

\u2022\tBuild and operate a clear, scalable, KPI\-driven content engine informed by client and agency strategic goals, executed primarily across social media with extension into website, audio, and paid media.
<\/div>\u2022\tSupport the VP, Strategy in owning the voice and narrative of MDG\u2019s thought leadership and overall social media presence.
<\/div>\u2022\tBuild and maintain integrated content calendars aligned with client priorities, product launches, and cultural moments.
<\/div>\u2022\tLeverage Canva (or other similar design tools) and a partnership with the internal Creative team (as needed) to create compelling, platform\-native social media content.
<\/div>\u2022\tCurate content including articles, images, videos, and infographics to leverage across the social strategy.
<\/div>\u2022\tCopywriting including conversion\-optimized content, social SEO copy, and ad copy that translates brand voice into platform\-tailored work.
<\/div>\u2022\tImplement platform\-specific best practices across Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
<\/div>\u2022\tCommunity\-building and moderation across client channels: answer comments, prompt engagement, escalate issues, and maintain community standards.
<\/div>\u2022\tRespond to and manage client reviews on channels such as Google, Yelp, and Facebook.
<\/div>\u2022\tLeverage AI tools to accelerate content creation, ideation, production, and deployment across MDG and client channels.
<\/div>\u2022\tProvide regular reporting on organic social KPIs, content ROI, and channel\-specific performance; translate data into actionable recommendations.
<\/div>\u2022\tUtilize social media management and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Sprinklr).
<\/div>\u2022\tStay current on social media trends, platform updates, and AI\-enabled media; bring timely recommendations to clients and internal teams.
<\/div><\/blockquote>Video & Partnership Development
<\/div>\u2022\tLead UGC\-style short\-form video production end\-to\-end (concept, scripting, filming, editing, and publishing) optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other video\-forward platforms.
<\/div>\u2022\tBuild and execute an influencer and podcast partnership strategy across micro, mid\-tier, and macro creators, including sourcing, vetting, outreach, briefing, contracting, and rights management.
<\/div>\u2022\tDevelop and maintain long\-term relationships with key bloggers, creators, podcast hosts, and influencers in client industries.
<\/div>\u2022\tOversee creator production to ensure deliverables meet creative standards, brand voice, and timelines.
<\/div>\u2022\tSource and operationalize AI\-assisted production tools that expand what one person (and one team) can ship.

<\/div>\u2022\tPartner with subject matter experts and the executive team to develop relevant, timely, and insightful content that establishes MDG\u2019s point of view.
<\/div>\u2022\tDefine and maintain a consistent brand voice and editorial standard across all MDG\-owned channels.
<\/div>\u2022\tBuild and run the editorial calendar that translates leadership perspective and agency capability into a steady drumbeat of thought leadership content.
<\/div>\u2022\tOversee use and management of AI tools to generate, and in some cases deploy, content on behalf of MDG and client engagements.

<\/div><\/span>Requirements<\/h3>
Education & Experience
<\/div>\u2022\tBachelor\u2019s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
<\/div>\u2022\t3\u20135 years of hands\-on experience in social media strategy, content marketing, community management, and/or creator/influencer partnerships.
<\/div>\u2022\tHands\-on experience producing UGC\-style video from concept through edit.
<\/div>\u2022\tAgency experience strongly preferred.

<\/div>\u2022\tExceptional copywriting and storytelling ability across short\- and long\-form formats.
<\/div>\u2022\tStrong video production skills including filming, editing, and publishing UGC\-style and branded short\-form content.
<\/div>\u2022\tDeep knowledge of major social platforms: Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, and Snapchat.
<\/div>\u2022\tFluency in social analytics and reporting; ability to translate data into strategic decisions.
<\/div>\u2022\tProficiency with SMMS tools such as Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Falcon.io, or Sprout Social.
<\/div>\u2022\tOutstanding organizational skills; ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
<\/div>\u2022\tExcellent written and verbal communication; able to adapt voice and tone for diverse audiences.

<\/div>\u2022\tDemonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate content creation, ideation, production, and deployment.
<\/div>\u2022\tExperience with ElevenLabs, HeyGen, NanoBanana, Canva, Figma, and Claude is preferred.
