The ideal candidate brings deep contingent workforce expertise and a strong understanding of global workforce programs (EMEA/APJ focused), supplier management, compliance requirements, and workforce operations. This individual will play a key role in advancing strategic projects while serving as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the region.

What you'll be doing:

Program Oversight & Governance

  • Serve as the primary EMEA regional contact for contingent workforce program activities across Europe.
  • Partner with the MSP to oversee daily program operations and resolve escalated issues, questions, and process challenges.
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers, HR partners, and business stakeholders regarding contingent workforce policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Ensure consistent application of contingent workforce program standards, processes, and governance requirements across the region.
  • Support workforce planning discussions and advise stakeholders on contingent labor engagement strategies.

MSP & Supplier Partnership

  • Act as the primary escalation point for the MSP on program-related questions, exceptions, and operational issues.
  • Partner with MSP leadership to identify opportunities to improve service delivery, program adoption, and stakeholder experience.
  • Monitor program performance and collaborate with suppliers and MSP partners to address operational gaps and drive continuous improvement.
  • Participate in supplier and MSP business reviews as needed.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Lead regional contingent workforce compliance initiatives in partnership with HR, Procurement, Legal, and the MSP.
  • Support implementation of processes designed to mitigate worker classification, tenure, co-employment, and labor compliance risks.
  • Ensure contingent workforce engagements align with company policies, local regulations, and program requirements.
  • Assist with audits, compliance reviews, and remediation efforts as needed.

Process Improvement & Strategic Projects

  • Lead and support key contingent workforce projects focused on process optimization, operational efficiency, compliance, and user experience.
  • Evaluate existing regional practices and identify opportunities to standardize and improve contingent workforce processes across studios and business units.
  • Partner with stakeholders to design, implement, and document process enhancements.
  • Support change management efforts related to new policies, workflows, systems, and program initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with HR leaders, studio leadership, hiring managers, Procurement, Legal, and Finance teams across Europe.
  • Collaborate with regional stakeholders to understand local business needs, challenges, and workforce requirements.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on contingent workforce program matters and help drive adoption of program best practices.
  • Facilitate communication between regional stakeholders, the MSP, and the global contingent workforce team.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Analyze contingent workforce data and trends to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor key program metrics, including compliance, worker tenure, supplier performance, and program adoption.
  • Prepare reports and recommendations for leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Support workforce planning and decision-making through data-driven insights.

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years (or equivalent) experience in contingent workforce management, workforce solutions, staffing, MSP operations, procurement, HR operations, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of contingent workforce programs, supplier management, and workforce lifecycle processes.
  • Experience working within a global organization or supporting multinational contingent workforce programs.
  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects involving compliance, process improvement, or workforce operations.
  • Strong understanding of contingent workforce compliance considerations, including worker classification, tenure management, and co-employment risk.
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders across HR, Procurement, Legal, and business functions.

Desirable skills:

  • Experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or supporting an enterprise contingent workforce program.
  • Experience with vendor management systems such as SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of European labor markets and contingent workforce regulations.
  • Experience supporting workforce programs across multiple countries and regions.
