Continuing Education Administrator (Remote)
About the role: The Continuing Education Administrator (CEA) is responsible for ensuring that all American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Continuing Education Board (CEB) requirements and procedures are followed when registering courses, editing information for course offerings, generating and reporting course completions, generating CE course promotional materials and notes pages, and checking accuracy of course rosters. The CEA will serve as the primary contact between Lingraphica and ASHA, ensuring a positive and productive relationship. The role will also interact directly with external speech-language pathologists, supporting their course completions and reporting questions. Working closely with the Education Manager and LMS Administrator, the CEA will have a key role in the continued expansion of Lingraphica’s continuing education program.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary, day-to-day liaison and contact person with ASHA in order to safeguard a mutually beneficial relationship, and Lingraphica’s reputation as a CEU provider
Run ASHA reports, check for accuracy, and submit to CE governing bodies
Audit and confirm course rosters
Respond to inquiries and audits from ASHA and other CE governing bodies in a timely manner
Provide customer follow-up to inquiring learners who have questions about the status of their course completion, course options, etc.
Work with Education and Marketing/Events teams to register and report all course offerings, cancellations and reschedules to maintain accuracy of all course offerings
Maintain an organized system for required file maintenance of all correspondence
Proofread, format, and generate CE course promotional materials for course registration purposes
Ensure accurate and timely registration of all existing live and on-demand/self-study offerings on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis
Edit Instructional Personnel Bios as needed, to update promotional materials
Generate and e-mail certificates of completion prior to 2021 to SLPs upon their request and provide guidance to accessing learner certificates of completion via our LMS
Follow all current ASHA CE requirements and procedures and apply any new updates by date of implementation
Contribute to Education and Research team initiatives
Provide support for the LMS platform (troubleshooting, support, and maintaining monthly self study offerings)
May be required to perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate’s Degree and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience
3-5 years administrative experience
Experience with computer programs including Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, Zoom, Slack, Basecamp, Adobe, LMS systems, and CRM systems
Ability and willingness to take and pass required exam for CE governing body
Ability and willingness to travel within the U.S. (including airline travel) is required up to 2 times per year for in-person team and all-company meetings
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent proofreading and accurate reporting skills
Ability to work independently and autonomously
Ability to learn and adhere to all ASHA CE requirements and procedures
Professional demeanor and customer service skills
Highly organized with proven track record of adherence to deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
Administrative experience within Education or Educational Programs
Work Environment & Physical Demands
Work is performed remotely from a home office. The individual is expected to maintain a safe, productive workspace with reliable and secure internet access.
Travel
Travel by air is required up to two (2) times per year within the US for in-person team meetings and an all-company meeting.

Lingraphica and Pay Transparency
At Lingraphica, we are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The starting salary range for this position is $50,000 - $55,000 per year. Placement in the starting pay is based on factors such as experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
