As part of our mission, we are seeking one or more experienced Energy Financing Trainers for Municipal Facilities Staff on a contract basis. This role will focus on educating municipal staff on energy financing.<\/span><\/span><\/span> Contract Opportunity:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> We are seeking a knowledgeable and engaging trainer to develop and deliver \u201cPublic Sector Energy Financing 101\u201d\u2014a practical training program designed for local government staff navigating the landscape of energy\-efficiency and decarbonization funding. This is a part\-time, project\-based contract role ideal for a professional with deep expertise in public sector energy finance and a track record of making complex topics accessible to government audiences.<\/span><\/span><\/span> Local governments across the Bay Area are actively seeking ways to fund building upgrades and electrification projects\u2014but many staff members lack the foundational knowledge to evaluate and pursue available financing options. You\u2019ll help change that.<\/span><\/span><\/span> Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> You will develop and facilitate training sessions on public\-sector energy financing strategies and tools.
