Responsibilities:
• Support Project Management team in clinical trial projects
• Coordinate project timelines and documentation
• Liaise with clients via email and meetings
• Track inventory, materials and project progress
• Prepare reports, meeting minutes and KPI data
• Support invoicing, returns and project administration

Requirements:
•Min. Diploma candidates with relevant experience
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks independently
• Experience in pharma / clinical trials / project coordination is a plus
