Contract Customer Service Executive (1 Year Contract) #TNJHK

We are hiring contract customer service executive to be outsourced to our clients

Job responsibilities:

• Assist in the mobilization of standby personal at all levels on emergency calls.
• Liaise with Service Crews on work pertaining to interruption of gas supply, gas leak, gas supply incidents.
• Co-ordinate the dispatching of mobile contractors for Commercial & Industrial (C&I) servicing requests.
• Co-ordinate the dispatching of Service Crews for Residential / Commercial after sales requests.
• To support and enhance operations such as responding to Electric vehicle users’ inquiries via calls / emails.
• Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

OTHERS:
Salary: $2000 to $2300 + Allowance

Working Days: 6 days per week (7 hours per day, based on roster)

Working Hours:

Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Evening Shift: 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM
