Onsite – Chatsworth, CAMoog Space and Defense Group is seeking a Contract Data Administrator to support our Chatsworth, California location. In this role, you will be responsible for managing contract data requirements, ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory specifications, and maintaining accurate documentation throughout the lifecycle of government and commercial contracts.
This is a key position requiring strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate across engineering, program management, and contracts teams.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and manage contract data requirements in accordance with customer specifications and internal procedures
Review contracts to identify deliverable data items, reporting obligations, and compliance requirements
Track and maintain Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) and Data Item Descriptions (DIDs)
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, program management) to ensure timely and accurate data deliverables
Ensure proper version control and configuration management of all contract-related documentation
Monitor delivery schedules and follow up to ensure deadlines are met
Maintain data repositories and systems to ensure accessibility and compliance
Support audits and internal/external reviews by providing organized and accurate documentation
Identify opportunities for process improvements in data tracking and reporting
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field; or equivalent experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with ERP or data management systems (e.g., SAP, Teamcenter, or similar)
Familiarity with government contracting requirements including CDRLs and DIDs
Knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations
Experience in configuration management or document control processes
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Salary Range Transparency:
Chatsworth, CA $60,000.00–$70,000.00 AnnuallySalary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, employee stock purchase plan, an open paid time off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
