Job Description\:
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering one of the most advanced helmet-mounted display capabilities in service today. Supporting the Striker II programme, you will help oversee the bid, development and delivery of a significant multinational Eurofighter contract valued at approximately £250m. Working across the UK, Germany, Italy and Spain, you’ll collaborate with international customers, industry partners, suppliers and internal teams to support the successful delivery of innovative pilot technology, including colour display capability and integrated night vision systems.
Working within a multi-layered and highly collaborative environment, you’ll gain exposure to programme management, stakeholder engagement, contract delivery and capability development activities. The role offers opportunities to work across aircraft equipment, training solutions and support services while contributing to future combat air capability, international partnerships and the continued growth of BAE Systems’ defence portfolio.
Core duties\:
- Coordinating the delivery of collaborative development and production programmes, ensuring commitments are achieved to time, cost and quality requirements
- Coordinating activities across engineering, production, supply chain and quality teams to support successful programme outcomes
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders to support delivery and future opportunities
- Leading programme reporting, financial performance monitoring and risk mitigation activities to support informed strategy-making
- Supporting and developing team members while driving continuous improvement and effective ways of working across collaborative programmes
Essential Skills\:
- Demonstrable experience delivering multi-layered projects or programmes within a multi-stakeholder, collaborative environment
- Demonstrable ability to build and maintain effective relationships across customers, partners and cross-functional teams
- Experience representing programmes or organisations within customer, industry or governance forums and review meetings
- Considerable problem-solving skills, using data and information from multiple sources to support strategies and delivery outcomes

Collaborating across a multinational Eurofighter programme spanning the UK, Germany, Italy and Spain, the team works closely with international partners, customers and industry specialists to develop and deliver advanced aerospace solutions.
