- At least 3 years of experience in End User Computing, IT Operations, or Infrastructure Support.
- Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune/SCCM, endpoint security, and ITSM tools.
- Experience providing onsite support for network, server, and infrastructure teams.
- Good Communication.
- English B2 minimum.
