Contract Executive, Product Operations (6 months contract)

You will be required to:

  • Attend to enquiries on various fronts, effectively maintaining our product's high level of accessibility
  • Empathize with customers, and offer clear and relevant advice
  • Provide solutions and comprehensive explanations to customers
  • Perform post-case administration for future reference
  • Project manage initiatives, managing systems / tools across teams

To join us you should:

  • Have obtained NITEC cert, diploma or degree in any field.
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in product operations or customer service
  • Enjoy people engagement and providing good advice, have patience in dealing with complex problems
  • Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to answer queries clearly in writing
  • Be result-oriented and enjoy seeing tangible results of your hard work
