Contract Facilities Technician (M&E) - Up to 4.5K / WEST #HHL
π Location: Gul Circle
π Working Hours: Monday β Friday, 8.00am β 5.00pm
π 1 Year Contract (Renewable)
π° Salary: Up to 4.5K
Job Responsibilities:
β’ Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and minor repair works for building facilities
β’ Support maintenance of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and sanitary systems
β’ Carry out preventive maintenance and troubleshooting works
β’ Respond to facility issues and equipment breakdowns
β’ Coordinate with contractors and vendors for servicing works
β’ Support fire safety checks and workplace safety inspections
β’ Maintain maintenance records and reports
β’ Assist with office setup, furniture installation, and equipment relocation when required
Requirements:
β’ Min. ITE / Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
β’ Min 1 year of building or facility maintenance experience
β’ Basic knowledge in electrical, HVAC, mechanical, or plumbing systems
β’ Hands-on and able to perform troubleshooting works
β’ Team player with good communication skills
β’ Basic computer knowledge for maintenance reporting systems
