Position Overview

This position supports the setup and installation of technical systems, applications, or process designs for client-purchased or outsourced technology and business process solutions. The role works under direct supervision and follows established procedures to ensure accurate and timely implementation.

What You’ll Do:

Execute assigned implementation tasks under direct supervision, ensuring compliance with documented workflows and operational standards.
Follow standard operating procedures meticulously and escalate any deviations or issues to supervisors for timely resolution.
Assist in the collection, entry, and validation of client data during onboarding and configuration phases.
Support basic system setup activities, including initial configuration, testing, and verification of functionality.
Participate in team meetings to observe and contribute ideas for process improvement and efficiency.
Maintain accurate documentation of implementation activities, including client setup records, task logs, and issue tracking.
Learn and apply foundational knowledge of CRM systems, project coordination tools, and implementation frameworks.
Demonstrate attention to detail in all tasks, ensuring data integrity and consistency across systems.
Attends company training and local meetings.

What You’ll Bring to Zelis:

Bachelor's Degree or 3-5 years of experience.
Proficiency using AI tools skillfully with an understanding of how to develop/create intelligent prompts and/or agents.
Foundational understanding of implementation processes and client onboarding.
Ability to follow structured workflows and escalate issues appropriately.
Basic knowledge of project coordination tools and CRM systems.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.

Location and Workplace Flexibility

Zelis is headquartered in the U.S., with multiple locations across the country and in Hyderabad, India. Check out our locations to learn more about our offices. All employee work locations are based on the needs of the position and are determined by the Leadership team. In-office work and activities vary based on work and team objectives in accordance with Company policies.

While location expectations vary by role, candidates within approximately 50 miles of a U.S. office are generally preferred to support collaboration when needed. Our hybrid approach is flexible, and in-office presence is guided by team and business needs rather than a fixed weekly schedule.
