We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Contract Manager to join the team.

What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga

As Contract Manager you’ll play a pivotal role in building and managing strong commercial partnerships that support the delivery of high-quality Mobility products and services. In this role, you will own the end-to-end contract lifecycle, working closely with internal teams and third-party partners to ensure services are delivered efficiently, meet customer expectations, and align with financial and operational goals. You will proactively monitor performance, manage risks, support negotiations, and drive continuous improvement across contracts, while acting as a trusted point of contact for partners. This is an opportunity to combine relationship management, commercial insight, and problem-solving to ensure our Mobility offerings remain compliant, sustainable, and aligned with both organisational values and customer needs.

About You | Mōu

You’re a commercially astute and relationship-focused professional who brings strong experience in contract or account management, coupled with a solid understanding of relevant industry practices and partner ecosystems. You will be a confident communicator with the ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and navigate complex conversations with sound judgement and professionalism, including resolving conflicts constructively. Your analytical mindset will enable you to interpret data, assess risks, and make informed decisions that balance customer outcomes with commercial objectives, while your familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite will support effective reporting and contract oversight. Tertiary qualified in a relevant field or able to demonstrate equivalent capability, you will thrive in a collaborative environment, bringing a proactive and solutions-focused approach to continuously improving performance and partner relationships.
