Contract Manager/Deputy Contract Manager

Job Description

· Manage contract administration and compliance for projects
· Review and advise on contract terms, risks, and obligations
· Oversee claims, disputes, and variations
· Develop and implement contract management processes
· Collaborate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders

Requirements:
· Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
· 5-8 years of experience in contract management or QS
· Strong knowledge of construction contracts and law
· Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
· Strong track record in contract management adopting PSSCOC, REDAS and SIA Form of Contract
· Experience with Public and Private Residential Housing project, Institutional projects
· Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and contract management skills
· Candidates with Professional QS certification will be an advantage
