CONTRACT MANAGER

-Manage contracts, procurement, and claims with contractors and suppliers.

-Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project requirements.

- Attend meetings with main-contractors

- Prepare, review, and negotiate claims

-Collaborate with project managers, engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients.

-Monitor project costs and contract budgets

-Maintain accurate contract records and documentation.

-Review and process payment applications

-Responsible for the whole tender process

-Analyze project and contract scopes including architectural and shop drawings
