Contract Manager / Task Manager
Key Tasks & Responsibilities

Provide overall leadership, management, and supervision of contract personnel

Serve as primary liaison with Contracting Officer (CO) and COR

Ensure all PWS requirements are met efficiently and on schedule

Oversee staffing, resource allocation, and workforce readiness

Manage transition activities, including transition-in and transition-out planning
-
Direct contingency operations and emergency response coordination

Ensure compliance with quality control (QCP), reporting, and SLA requirements
-
Coordinate with Government and external stakeholders across the EITS environment
-
Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 10+ years of relevant experience, including program or project management
- Proven experience managing large-scale IT/network support contracts
- Strong knowledge of DoD contracting environment and service delivery models
- Ability to manage distributed teams and multi-site operations

Work Environment: Work is performed in Government facilities, primarily in San Antonio, TX.
