Contract Operations Director (Aerospace) - CNC exp #HHL

📍 Tuas, Singapore
💰 Salary: Up to $16K
⏰ Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
✈ Frequent travel to Thailand & Malaysia (approximately every 2 weeks)

Job Responsibilities

• Lead operations across Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand manufacturing sites
• Drive operational excellence, productivity, and KPI performance
• Manage end-to-end factory transfer and relocation projects, including site setup in Thailand
• Oversee production, supply chain, quality, logistics, and budget management
• Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Develop and mentor operations leadership teams across the region
• Manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and operational performance

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of operations management experience, including 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Strong background in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Precision Engineering manufacturing
• Hands-on experience in CNC machining for complex components
• Proven experience managing factory transfers, multi-site operations, and P&L
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and operational excellence
• Open to frequent regional travel
