Role: Contract Recruiter

Contract Duration: August 2026 – November 2026

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week

Location: Onsite – Austin, TX 78729

We’re looking for an experienced Recruiter to support our hiring needs from August through November at our office in Austin, TX 78729. This is a fully onsite role and requires proven experience recruiting for B2B field sales and inside sales positions.

What You’ll Do

  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and HR to understand business needs and staffing priorities.
  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process: manage requisitions, source, screen, and present qualified candidates, schedule interviews, extend offers.
  • Source qualified talent using recruiting tools and channels, including ATS/CRMs, social and professional networks, online job platforms, outbound outreach, partnerships, and employee referrals.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess work history, skills, and fit.
  • Consult with hiring managers to drive an efficient, effective recruiting process and provide regular status updates.
  • Collaborate with HR to anticipate upcoming needs and execute creative sourcing strategies.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of full-cycle Recruiting experience
  • Strong background recruiting for B2B field sales positions
  • Inside sales recruiting experience is a plus
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience

Technical skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office, Applicant Tracking Systems, and sourcing tools
  • Oracle Recruiting Cloud experience preferred

Location Requirement: This position is 100% onsite Monday–Friday at our Austin, TX 78729 office
