What You’ll Do
- Administer Infusion Therapy – Deliver IV infusions and injections safely and accurately
- Assess & Monitor Patients – Evaluate patient conditions and monitor responses during treatment
- Educate Patients & Families – Provide clear guidance on treatments, side effects, and expectations
- Ensure Compliance & Documentation – Maintain accurate EHR records and adhere to HIPAA/OSHA standards
- Support Clinic Operations – Assist with chart prep, workflow optimization, and inventory management
- Collaborate Across Teams – Coordinate care with providers and multidisciplinary teams
- Float Between Clinics – Provide seamless coverage across Naperville and Lombard locations
What We’re Looking For
- Active, unrestricted Illinois RN license
- BLS certification required (PALS preferred)
- Strong IV placement and infusion therapy skills (biologics experience preferred)
- Experience in ambulatory infusion centers, outpatient clinics, or specialty care settings
- Proficiency with EHR systems and clinical documentation
- Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and regulatory standards
- Excellent communication and patient care skills

- Travel: Local travel between clinics required
Pay is based on factors such as market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and is benchmarked against similar organizations in our size and industry. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the posted range, as compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. In addition to cash pay, full-time regular employees are eligible for 401(k), health benefits, and other company-provided benefits.
