Job Description:

We are looking for energetic and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Service Crew. You will play an important role in ensuring guests enjoy a fun and memorable experience in our outlets by providing excellent service and support in daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and attend to guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
• Set up, maintain, and clean karaoke rooms and service areas
• Handle cashiering duties and process transactions correctly
• Assist in stocking and replenishing supplies
• Ensure hygiene and safety standards are consistently upheld
• Work closely with teammates to deliver smooth and enjoyable operations

Requirements:

• No experience required; training will be provided
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service
