JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Site Operations & Resource Management
- Multi-Stream Supervision: Coordinate and supervise contractors, subcontractors, for projects of Applied, Unitary, C&C, and Service to ensure efficient site activities.
- Project Tracking & Execution: Fully managing schedules, equipment, site resources, deliveries, and official documentation to keep cross-stream operations running smoothly.
- Punch List Resolution: Conduct site inspections to identify operational issues and aggressively drive the clearance of customer punch lists at sites to achieve official handover.
2. Quality Assurance, HSE Compliance & Revenue Commitment:
- Financial & Revenue Commitment: Drive professional site management to ensure project milestones are on time, directly committing to and securing the company's Revenue forecast.
- HSE Strict Compliance: Enforce absolute compliance with HSE regulations all assigned projects.
- Quality Standards: Continuously monitor work standards, ensuring all mechanical, electrical, and HVAC outputs strictly meet Trane Technologies project specifications and international quality requirements.
3. Commercial Risk Management & Stakeholder Relations:
- Commercial Impact Mitigation: Proactively identify potential project risks and implement immediate corrective actions to mitigate negative cost impacts and protect project margins.
- Conflict Escalation & Safety: Manage overall commercial impacts, field safety concerns, and onsite conflict escalation with a decisive, problem-solving mindset.
- Stakeholder coordination: Maintain clear communication and coordination with Clients, stakeholders in internal business streams.
- Client Relationship Protection: Resolve complex project issues effectively at the site level to protect, build, and enhance long-term client relationships.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering: HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, or related major.
- Project Management Professional certification is highly preferred.
Experience:
- 5–8 years in project management, with mandatory site execution/engineering supervision (HVAC experience preferred).
- Proven record of delivering end-to-end projects on time and within budget.
- Strong expertise in contract management, budget forecasting, and commercial optimization.
- Deep understanding of government construction regulations and HVAC standards.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills, acting as the primary contact for high-level stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities under high pressure.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) for contract and stakeholder communication.
