Contracts Operation Specialist
Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-oriented and experienced Contract Operations Specialist to join our dynamic and fast-growing team.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Jira workflows related to the contract signing process.
- Streamline steps to make contract signing efficient and user-friendly.
- Enhance communication and cooperation among all stakeholders involved in contract management.
- Review and approve all Jira tickets associated with contracts and documentation.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies before approval.
- Track access to contracts and related documents.
- Provide and revoke access as required, ensuring data security and confidentiality.
- Regularly monitor the progress of contract signing processes.
- Identify and address any bottlenecks or delays promptly.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for employees on the contract signing process.
- Ensure all stakeholders are familiar with Jira tools and document workflows.
- Oversee proper document filing, registration, and archiving in both digital and physical formats.
- Ensure that all finalized contracts and related documents are systematically archived in compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
- Maintain an organized and accessible archive system that supports easy retrieval and long-term preservation of records.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role
- Advanced knowledge of Armenian, Russian, and English languages
- Accurate, detail-oriented personality, ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent computer skills in MS Office
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong time management skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Interpersonal skills, ability to develop effective working relations with colleagues
- High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure
