Control and Instrumentation Manager (Power Plant)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for instrumentation, control systems, analyzers, and plant automation equipment.
• Ensure high availability and reliability of DCS, PLC, SCADA, turbine control, and safety instrumented systems.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and competency development for the team.
• Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Plan and execute C&I activities during major plant outages, shutdowns, and turnarounds.
• Support capital projects, plant upgrades, and expansion initiatives from design through commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, OEM recommendations, and company standards

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering
• At least 10 years of experience in C&I
• Power Plant experience
