Ti occuperai di:
Archivio e Gestione Documentale: Organizzazione, catalogazione e archiviazione (digitale e cartacea) della documentazione amministrativa, dei contratti editoriali, delle fatture e dei documenti a supporto dei Purchase Order (PO).
Supporto Amministrativo al Ciclo Passivo: Inserimento dati a sistema, verifica della correttezza dei documenti ricevuti dai fornitori e monitoraggio dell'iter di approvazione in conformità con le policy globali (sistema FIT).
Data Entry e Segretariato Amministrativo: Aggiornamento delle anagrafiche dei fornitori, controllo di conformità dei dati e supporto nella preparazione della documentazione per le chiusure mensili.
Supporto alle Analisi di Base: Assistenza nell'estrazione di report standard dai sistemi gestionali e nel caricamento dati su fogli di calcolo Excel per il monitoraggio dei costi.
