Conveyancing Secretary

Basic up to $5,000 + AWS

Working Hour: 9am - 6pm (Monday - Friday)

Location: Toa Payoh

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle private property conveyancing related matters etc. sale, purchase, redemption, refinancing and BUC

  • Prepare documents related to conveyancing matters;

  • Communicate with clients and parties related to the conveyancing process.

  • Timely completion of conveyancing transactions.

  • Draft letters and emails, respond to enquiries and messages

  • All other incidental secretarial / administrative duties

Job Requirements

  • 1-5 years conveyancing experience preferred.
