Conveyancing Secretary

Job descriptions

Handle private property conveyancing related matters ie sales, purchase, redemption refinancing, and BUC

Prepare documents related to conveyancing matters

Communicate with clients and parties related to the conveyancing process

Timely completion of conveyancing transactions

Draft letters and emails, respond to enquiries and messages

All other incidental secretarial / administrative duties

Requirements:

Have conveyancing experience

Proficient in Microsoft Word and able to handle practice management software (training provided)

Able to work independently or with minimal supervision

Meticulous, responsible, and interpersonal skills
