🔥 What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and execute high-quality dishes across meat, fish, poultry, and hot line stations
  • Own your station, set up, prep, cook, and deliver consistently
  • Follow recipes with precision while maintaining speed and efficiency
  • Ensure every plate meets presentation and quality standards
  • Support both breakfast service and banquet production
  • Assist teammates and jump in where needed during high-volume periods

🛠️ Core Responsibilities

  • Prep daily production lists and execute with accuracy
  • Cook broiled and sautéed items to recipe and guest specifications
  • Inspect all ingredients to ensure top quality
  • Maintain proper portion control and food storage standards
  • Keep all kitchen areas clean, safe, and compliant with health regulations
  • Monitor and log food temperatures (cooling, heating, storage)
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and company procedures
  • Support kitchen team wherever needed

👨‍🍳 What You Bring

  • Current Food Handler Card
  • 3+ years of cooking experience preferred (broiler/sauté a plus)
  • Strong understanding of kitchen equipment and operations
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to read recipes, follow measurements, and manage portions
  • Basic communication skills and ability to work within a team
