Job Description:

  • Assist with daily kitchen operations and all related culinary activities
  • Establish and maintain proper presentation techniques and quality standards
  • Follow food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures
  • Ensure proper safety and sanitation protocols in the kitchen
  • Maintain food and beverage production environment
  • Maintain safe and secure working environment
  • Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Prior experience in French cuisine will be advantageous
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Possess Singapore Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team Player
