Job Description:
- Assist with daily kitchen operations and all related culinary activities
- Establish and maintain proper presentation techniques and quality standards
- Follow food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures
- Ensure proper safety and sanitation protocols in the kitchen
- Maintain food and beverage production environment
- Maintain safe and secure working environment
- Any other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in French cuisine will be advantageous
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Possess Singapore Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team Player
