Performs a full range of cooking for breakfast and lunch menus, preparing items such as eggs, pancakes, hamburgers, and vegetables while also making soups, sauces, and sandwich fillings from scratch.

Executes precise food preparation by peeling, chopping, dicing, and breading ingredients; accurately weighs, measures, and assembles components for both regular and modified recipes.

Operates, disassembles, and cleans a variety of professional kitchen equipment, meticulously following all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Maintains impeccable kitchen hygiene by cleaning all work areas, surfaces, and equipment after each use, and guarantees food safety by storing all items, including leftovers, at correct temperatures.
