Cook - Seasonal, Italian (Tropicana Atlantic City)

Prepares, seasons, finishes, and garnishes all food in kitchen preparation area in accordance with established recipes.

Provides Family Style Service at all times

May perform other duties as assigned.

$24.60 Per Hour

Responsible for particular duties of work station.

Responsible for cleanliness and hygiene of work station.

May be assigned to any of the various kitchens in the hotel.

High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.

Minimum of 1 year experience as a cook’s apprentice in a large, full service hotel or restaurant preferred.

Required to perform the customer service standards of the department.

Regular attendance for scheduled work required.

Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act and Attendant Regulations, as well as company internal controls, policies, and procedures.
