We are looking for a responsible and experienced Cook to join our restaurant. The candidate will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, and daily stall operations, ensuring food quality and hygiene standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food according to stall menu
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Handle daily stall operations and customer orders
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of stall work area
- Assist in stock preparation and inventory management
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant cooking experience
- Able to work in a fast-paced food stall environment
- Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices
Working Hours:
6-day work week, including weekends and public holidays when required.
