Pay: $17.50–$20.00/hr (based on experience)
Sign‑On Bonus: $500
Schedule: Part‑Time • Weekends
- Hands‑on production cooking for the Community Culinary Services Department
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and presentation
- Support a warm, hospitality‑driven senior living environment
- Represent the community in a friendly, professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and kitchen organization
- Prepare meals that meet nutritional and dietary requirements
- Follow menu cycles and prepare diets per policy and procedure
- Demonstrate speed, accuracy, and efficiency in cooking
- Assist with meal service and ware washing as needed
- Visit residents to evaluate food quality, temperature, and presentation
- Recommend improvements to enhance food service operations
- Support a culture that drives resident satisfaction and occupancy
- High school diploma required
- Culinary degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant, senior living, or equivalent cooking experience
