Job Description

Summary:

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will manage administrative operations and employee services for the plant. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the effective delivery of administrative services, employee engagement projects, internal communications, payroll support processes, legal compliance requirements, and vendor-managed services. Support plant leadership and Human Resources through efficient coordination of resources, personnel, and priorities to lead and employee experience.

Essential Functions:

1.Ensure governance and compliance of petty cash, administrative accounts, and Travel & Expenses processes, maintaining appropriate controls, accuracy, and financial integrity.

2.Coordinate and oversee institutional, leadership, engagement and HR-related activities, ensuring effective planning.

3. Ensure a good experience for visitors through the effective coordination of transportation, accommodations, meals, and on-site support services.

4.Provide assistance in travel to employees with local transport management, guiding them in the coordination of travel, flight, hotel, car, if required.

5.Maintain accountability for the custody, control, validity, and renewal of legal and regulatory documentation required for the Dominican Republic site.

6.Supervise and ensure the accurate, and compliant submission of payroll incidents and supporting documentation.

7.Plan and build internal engagement activities designed to improve employee morale, participation, and sense of belonging.

8.Coordinate operational staff meetings, ensure accurate documentation of main discussions, and follow up on action items to support execution and accountability.

9.Support employee relations processes by coordinating employee follow-up meetings, roundtables, investigations, and disciplinary actions by HR or plant manager.

10.Support the development of internal communication programs and employee awareness campaigns to enhance engagement.

11.Lead cost-reduction programs within responsibilities, identifying opportunities for efficiency and improved resource use.

Minimum Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree in administration or another relative career.

2.Two years of experience in administrative positions.

3.Advanced English Proficiency.

4.Customer Service Oriented.

5.Organization and Discipline.

6.Planning organization.

7.Attention to Detail.

8.Project Coordination and Follow-up.
