Job Overview:

Support THE·TEAM’s representation, partnership development, and day-to-day business management for golf-focused creators, athlete-creators, digital talent, and culture-led voices across the golf ecosystem. This role assists with sourcing, tracking, managing, and executing digital partnerships, brand outreach, campaign activity, and new talent opportunities in collaboration with senior team members and cross-functional agency divisions. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, commercially curious, and excited by the intersection of golf, creator talent, digital media, brand partnerships, and evolving fan communities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the recruitment, representation, and day-to-day servicing of golf creators, athlete-creators, digital talent, and golf-adjacent cultural voices.
  • Assist in sourcing, tracking, and managing digital partnerships, brand opportunities, campaigns, and commercial workstreams for represented talent.
  • Maintain and update internal systems to track deals, campaigns, outreach, deliverables, partner conversations, and new business opportunities.
  • Provide coordination and logistical support for productions, meetings, events, activations, creator campaigns, and talent brand partnerships.
  • Prepare regular updates for senior team members on client activity, partnership pipelines, campaign status, creator priorities, and open workstreams.
  • Partner with internal legal, accounting, operations, and cross-functional teams to support proper deal execution, contracting, invoicing, and payment tracking.
  • Monitor trends across the golf creator economy, including emerging platforms, talent, formats, brand categories, media opportunities, and partnership models.
  • Identify rising golf creators, athlete-creators, instructors, entertainers, lifestyle personalities, equipment reviewers, course/travel creators, and community-led voices.
  • Track developments across golf content and culture, including YouTube series, short-form video, creator tournaments, women’s golf, youth golf, fashion, equipment, lifestyle, travel, betting/media, and fan engagement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external brands, agencies, media partners, platforms, and other partnership stakeholders, as directed by senior team members.
  • Support brand outreach, creator pitch preparation, meeting materials, opportunity briefs, and partner follow-ups.
  • Collaborate closely with agents, managers, and cross-functional teams to support digital marketing, talent growth, creator partnerships, and broader commercial opportunities.
  • Assist the broader team in achieving department goals and growing THE·TEAM’s presence across the golf creator landscape.
  • Stay informed on the latest social media, golf media, creator monetization, sponsorship, and digital partnership trends.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong interest in golf, golf culture, digital media, and the evolving creator economy.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms from both a business and consumer perspective, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, Snapchat, Facebook, and emerging creator channels.
  • Familiarity with social media metrics, audience insights, campaign performance, and digital partnership reporting.
  • Familiarity with golf creators, golf media, athlete-led content, brand partnerships, sponsorship, and emerging audience trends strongly preferred.
  • One to three years of relevant experience in talent management, influencer marketing, brand partnerships, digital media, sports marketing, creator partnerships, or an agency environment preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, client-facing demeanor.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, partners, and workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • High emotional intelligence, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential information.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness in executing assigned tasks.
  • Dependable and proactive, with the ability to prioritize workload and use time efficiently.
  • Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and follow through in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work occasional nights and weekends as needed for creator, client, tournament, event, production, or campaign needs.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed.

Base salary range: $60k - $65k, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.
Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
