  • Serve as the single\-point\n administrative interface between Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy,\n Audiology & Speech\-Language Pathology, Psychology, doctors, outreach\n teams, and programme managers.<\/span><\/span>

          • Maintain real\-time daily OPD\n dashboards: registrations, unit\-wise caseload, no\-shows, carry\-forwards,\n and priority cases.<\/span><\/span>

          • Ensure smooth flow for walk\-in OPD,\n school\-based services, and outreach referrals.<\/span><\/span>
            <\/li>
          • Knowledge of hospital/rehabilitation\n management systems and digital patient records preferred.<\/span><\/span>

            4.\nFinance, Billing & Donor Compliance<\/span><\/span><\/b>

            • Coordinate unit\-wise OPD billing,\n package\-based therapy charges, and hearing/assistive device transactions.<\/span><\/span>

            • Track donor\-funded vs self\-pay\n beneficiaries and ensure correct financial tagging.<\/span><\/span>
              <\/li>
            • Monitor pending bills, vendor\n invoices, and service\-level documentation for audits.<\/span><\/span>

            • Maintain basic financial MIS for MDR\n operations: daily collections, monthly revenue, unit\-wise expense mapping.<\/span><\/span>

              5.\nMDR Reporting & Data Management<\/span><\/span><\/b>

              • Prepare daily MDR OPD reports:\n unit\-wise attendance, new registrations, follow\-ups, therapy sessions\n delivered.<\/span><\/span>

              • Prepare weekly caseload and\n performance reports: backlog, pending assessments, therapy adherence,\n outreach coverage.<\/span><\/span>
                <\/li>
              • Prepare monthly MDR dashboards:\n beneficiary reach, services, unit productivity, revenue vs donor coverage,\n quality indicators.<\/span><\/span>

              • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills\n (pivot tables, dashboards, tracking tools).<\/span><\/span>

                6.\nReview & Performance Presentation Support<\/span><\/span><\/b>

                • Compile unit\-wise and MDR\-level KPIs\n for monthly and quarterly leadership reviews.<\/span><\/span>
