Quoretech is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead the operational management of our cardiac diagnostic services. This role offers a significant opportunity to influence the standards of arrhythmia monitoring across Brazil and internationally, aligning operational processes with the company’s high standards of excellence. The Coordinator of Diagnostic Services will play a crucial role in optimizing the quality, efficiency, and consistency of our cardiac analysis and reporting processes, ensuring a seamless integration from data collection to report issuance.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor team performance and implement continuous improvements in operation.

  • Lead the recruitment and selection process of analysts and reporting doctors to ensure a highly qualified team is in place.

  • Oversee the onboarding and training of new staff to ensure effective integration into the company’s workflow.

  • Manage the distribution of test workloads strategically to optimize workflow balance and efficiency.

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to continually refine processes.

  • Implement standards for report consistency, reducing variability and enhancing the accuracy of analyses.

  • Conduct periodic reviews of examinations and reports to identify areas for process optimization.

  • Participate in strategic meetings with internal teams and clients to align expectations, clarify queries, and propose operational improvements.

  • Develop and facilitate training programs for clients, acting as a facilitator to encourage adoption of new platform functionalities based on user feedback.

  • Supervise internal audits and recommend process adjustments to elevate service quality.

  • Support the development of new products and services by providing operational insights.


Requisitos

  • Proven experience in operational management within the healthcare diagnostic or digital health sectors.

  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing remote teams.

  • Analytical skills to monitor and implement improvements based on performance data.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholder relationships.

  • Proficiency in English for effective communication with international clients and partners.

  • Organized and punctual with a proven ability to adapt and learn new tools quickly.
