Coordinator

  • To maintain comprehensive records / logs on customer complaint and keep track of issues till effective closure.
  • To maintain customer equipment status/movement & reporting to management and finally to supplier
  • To organize and prepare supplier, customer meeting
  • Scheduling of service job scope by:
  • - Liaising and communicate with customers for service scheduling, quotation, delivery & collect samples and etc
  • - Liaising and communicate with staff for service matters
  • - Liaising and communicate with suppliers related to service, trouble shooting, repair and etc
  • To maintain good documentary control system in keeping track of job reports and its status
  • To manage consumables/parts inventory, ordering, delivery, storage, housekeeping and all related records
  • To maintain licensing and permit upkeep and records
  • To co-ordinate service engineers & lab staffs training arrangements and records
  • To place orders for the items needed by the service and lab teams.
  • Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
