Corporate Account Manager – Luxury Hospitality - D/FR/EN

In this strategic role, you will build high‑level partnerships, advise senior leaders, and deliver integrated, value‑driven solutions that elevate guest experience, sustainability, and operational excellence across the luxury hotel segment.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Create a winning plan focussed on ownership, program expertise and customer knowledge to demonstrate great in our luxury segment business.
- Drive customer experience through innovative and sustainable solutions, digitally enabled insights, training and capability-building for customer teams
- Translate customer challenges into tailored and integrated Ecolab solutions.
- Expand Ecolab’s presence in the segment and drive sustainable growth by leveraging Ecolab’s Total Value Delivered approach.
Executive Relationship Management
- Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including General Managers, Executive Committees, Owners and Investment Groups.
- Position Ecolab as a strategic advisor for hygiene excellence, guest experience, food safety, sustainability, and operational efficiency.
- Lead partnership discussions at C-level, including contract frameworks, partnership models, and multi-site agreements.
- Act as the face of Ecolab at relevant luxury hospitality forums, industry events, and networking platforms in Switzerland.
- Advocate Ecolab’s partnership with EHL – École hôtelière de Lausanne, by strengthening collaboration in education, innovation and thought leadership
Internal Leadership & Collaboration
- Be the business and segment lead to leverage European and Global programs and resources to accelerate your success.
- Collaborate closely with service, technical, marketing, digital, and supply chain teams to ensure consistent value delivery and flawless execution.
- Share market insights, customer feedback and competitive intelligence to support strategic development.
- Serve as a role model for Ecolab’s values, ethics, and customer-centric mindset.
- Establish the Swiss luxury hospitality segment as the clear reference in Europe to pioneer and showcase Ecolab’s innovative solutions and value delivered.
Qualifications
Professional Background:
- Proven track record from working directly in Swiss luxury hospitality, strategic account management or business development within luxury lodging.
- Demonstrated success in consultative, value-based selling models.
- Existing, well-established network within the Swiss luxury hospitality industry, supported by documented sales and partnership successes.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong executive presence with the ability to engage credibly at C-level to open doors and gain agreements.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex solutions into customer value.
- High level of autonomy combined with strong collaboration in a matrix organization.
Language & Mobility Requirements:
- Fluent in French, English, and German (spoken and written)
- Valid Swiss work permit (mandatory)
- Valid Swiss driving license (passenger car) and willingness to travel within Switzerland and occasionally Europe.
