Based in Geneva, Eli Lilly (Suisse) SA focuses on commercial activities. We provide high-quality services to Swiss healthcare professionals so that patients can be provided with top-notch solutions that improve their quality of life.
We are looking for a CORPORATE AFFAIRS TRAINEE for a 18-months internship.
Key responsibilities:
You will join the Market Access & Corporate Affairs team and rotate through 6 months in External Engagement, 6 months in PRA (Pricing, Reimbursement & Access) and 6 months in Key Account Management to learn all about the different functions of this department.
You will support the Corporate Affairs Lead on executing communication, advocacy and environmental shaping operational plans and you will support analysis of the market (sale, targeting ) to support business decision.
- Understand market landscapes in Switzerland (including the science behind the products, the value needs of patients, caregivers, patient organizations, payers and healthcare professionals) to support the Corporate Affairs Lead on the planning & strategy process.
- Support the development and launch of disease awareness materials together with our internal and external players, including the patient organizations.
- Support the analysis of market data such as sales, customer targeting, develop dashboards with existing database to allow efficient analysis and business decision.
- Collaborate with business analytics team in developing easy to use tools for regular analysis of the market.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Affairs Lead in establishing and maintaining internal, external and corporate communication.
- Participate in cross-functional team’s governance meetings and ensure follow-through on commonly agreed actions.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Holder of a university degree, Bachelor or Master’s degree or PhD in health/medical/scientific subject (e.g., life sciences) or economics/marketing.
- Strong interest to work in the pharmaceutical area.
- Fluent in English, ideally fluent in German and French.
- Solution-oriented and can-do attitude.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel).
- Good analytical skills and at ease with numbers.
- Team-player mindset with strong collaboration & people skills.
- Ability to work in a complex & fast-changing & ambiguous environment.
Location: Geneva - Contract subject to a valid work permit in Switzerland.
