Corporate Events Manager

You will plan and execute flagship conferences, product launches, and sponsored activations across in-person, hybrid, and virtual formats. You will lead end-to-end event logistics including budgeting, vendor coordination, production, branding, on-site operations, and run-of-show. You will collaborate with product, marketing, developer relations, and sales to shape keynotes, demos, speaker lineups, and measurable event goals. You will track KPIs, reconcile invoices, support forecasting and ROI modeling, and iterate on formats to improve reach and pipeline impact.

Responsibilities

  • Execute flagship events and support editorial calendar and creative direction
  • Lead end-to-end planning and stagecraft including budgeting vendors programming production branding and on-site operations
  • Develop keynotes demos and narrative arcs and curate speaker bench
  • Execute sponsored activations at industry events
  • Align events to product marketing sales and developer relations to drive awareness demand and pipeline
  • Manage budgets track spend reconcile invoices and support ROI modeling
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage agencies and contractors
  • Support global programming including multi-region timing localization and follow-the-sun execution
  • Track KPIs for reach engagement pipeline impact and brand lift and surface data-driven insights
  • Experiment with in-person hybrid and virtual formats to optimize attendee experience

Requirements

  • 4–6 years event planning and execution experience including conferences or product launches with 1000+ attendees
  • Working knowledge of major industry events such as AWS re:Invent and operational experience at large stages
  • Strong attention to detail with experience in run-of-show speaker prep A/V coordination and vendor management
  • Commercial awareness of how events drive pipeline sponsorship value and ROI
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration and external partner management skills
  • Ability to speak to and design for technical audiences including engineers CTOs and product leaders
  • Operational rigor delivering complex events on time and on budget with contingency planning and compliance
